Establish a naming scheme for resources on AWS

AWS or the likes are far more complicated and provide services across various regions (so does Linode but the set of services are way less complicated), you are also required to name and tag resources, while there are no official recommendations to name resources, there are various articles from cloud providers and sys admins

This ticket is a task where we study these guides and establish our our own recommended template for naming.

Once decided upon, we should bake this into the Terraform templates so it's built into the process and not just convention.
