Hiding file diffs makes scroll behave weirdly (app / desktop) #16407

Description
When scrolling over some file diff & then closing the accordion with the file diff, the scroll is not maintained properly and some of the content is scrolled over cause it's not anchored at all

- Ask agent to do some diffs
- Scroll down a bit
- Close the diff
- Some of the content goes up too much
