Ansible Galaxy ansible-core version out of sync with v11.0.0 release #1230

Description

SUMMARY

On Ansible Galaxy's page - https://galaxy.ansible.com/ui/repo/published/cisco/ios/ it is still saying

Requires Ansible >=2.16.0

When looking at the release notes of v11, you say

With this release, the minimum required version of ansible.netcommon for this collection is >=8.1.0.
The last version known to be compatible with ansible-core<=2.18.x is ansible.netcommon v8.0.1 and cisco.ios v10.1.1.

Having experienced the issue myself with the recent upgrade of both tools, I think it would make sense to say your new requirement is "Requires Ansible >=2.19.0".

Apologies if this is already tracked information, but it was a bit of a rabbit hole.
