Ability to manage storage boxes

I have some hetzer storage boxes but no server. It would be very nice to manage these things with ansible

It would be an implementaion of this hetzenr api.

I can help testing the thing and create and delete some storage boxes for short timeframes.

Are you working on storagebox_subaccount_info and/or storagebox_subaccount? I was interesed in adding support myself but I just saw your comment.

I am not, I mainly compiled a list of possible modules. If you like to work on them, feel free, that would be awesome! (Mentioning it here is a good idea, then others who also want to work on it can check with you, before we end up with two different PRs for the same module...)

I'm reopening this due to the new development I got informed about today. Hetzner send me an email (I guess also to every other StorageBox customer) that they will disable the current API in a month (!), and offer a new API as part of https://api.hetzner.com.

The new API information is here: https://docs.hetzner.cloud/reference/hetzner#storage-boxes

This means that current releases of this collection will stop working by July 29th, 2025, and a new version will only work if it uses the new API. Changing this is a bit more complex than simply changing the implementation: the new API uses a token for authentication, and not a username/password combination as the Robot API. So you'll also have to adjust the roles/playbooks that use the modules.
