Refresh extranav content

ansible/ansible-documentation#3309 disables extranav. This removes the following ad from package and core docsites:

Clicking the ad takes you to https://www.ansible.com/docs-left?utm_source=docs

Is the utm_source=docs tracking still used?
Should we change the url to something that points directly to redhat.com?

In any case, this seems like something that has been abandoned since ansible.com was redirected. At the moment clicking this takes users off task from the documentation and is a poor experience. The "Ansible Collaborative" site feels like it is getting in the way and is confusing. The embedded ad promotes AAP but the link just points to the forum and some unclear copy. It brings us back to having a bunch of fragmented paths for users.
