Getting started guide with the toolset container?

Hello,

I would rather seem dense, than miss out on a tool that might help me just because I don't understand it :) so just wondering if there is any "how to" guides for the toolset container? I thought it made sense to me, ansible and it's friends in a container, maybe I can use this for ansible dev on Windows hosts, until I saw Docker and podman is installed inside of it, and I'm like wait, I'm in Docker inception now, I think I better ask some questions around what the goal and use case for this is.
