key-order for task tags before or after when?

We need to decide if tags should be before or after when in the key-order used for tasks.

To give you a better idea, I will include two examples that also include all the currently ordered keys, with block/rescue/always which was already established to remain at the bottom.

- name: ...
  ...
  tags: ...
  when: ...
  block: ...

I always have tags as the last key in the task. 🤔

But I suppose keeping block/rescue/always last makes sense. So, i vote "after when"

I do too, below name. Still we will need to setup an extensive list of key names and make a survey where people can reorder them and get enough repossess before making new chances to the key order.

Also we need to be sure that those answering these questions have top quality experience with ansible, as this kind of survey on any random users might only uncover what we already know: most people use inherited practice, regardless if that is good or bad.
