Feature Request: Option to add label to Postgres PVC

Feature Summary

My team and I want to give the AWX's PVC a label, we noticed the AWX doesn't have an option to add one.
We have in mind two additions to the CR that might help us solve this issue:

• Add a field for postgres_pvc_name, for an administer "self managed" PVC.
• Add a field for postgres_pvc_labels.
