Missleading ERROR message "Validating group type params..."

### Bug Summary

While setting up LDAP authenticators and authenticator maps I was worried about ERROR logs like the following line:

```
2025-07-15 09:45:58,218 ERROR    430a9ee2-33c0-4a42-a582-d33d3a44d99d ansible_base.authentication.authenticator_plugins.ldap Validating group type params for ActiveDirectoryGroupType
```

My guess is that this should be an info log, not an error log.
