Sidebar enhancement for landing page

• What new and cheat sheets fonts are different
• Alignment of both on left side bar are not matching
• Option to place the cheat sheet and what new section first with repo preference

Thanks for opening the issue @dipinknair As per the UI/UX suggestion, format of the cheatsheet section is significantly different, so it should be placed at the top to maintain the sidebar's structure. Since we are not providing the option, but we are forcing the sidebar to appear first
