``0.1`` is written ``.1`` in documentation

There is a typo in different parts of the MAPDL documentation which is that it should be 0.1 and not .1:

By default, the <replaceable>LENGTH</replaceable> is set to .1

The issue is that spaces before periods and comas are removed to have a nicer rendering in the all documentation.
However, this case is not properly handled as it comes from a typo (it should be 0.1 and not .1).

Thus, to .1 is translated into to.1.
