Add live stress and strain evaluation option

📝 Description of the feature

The live stress and strain evaluation option is not available in the composite model context. This option should be added to the functions which perform computations.

• evaluate_failure_criteria
• get_sampling_point

In addition, add an example how to use the live operator (mapdl operator) by scripting.

Note that this operator is only supported on Windows.
