Access details of imported gemetry

Hello,
i am using the watertight meshing workflow and fail to access the geometry i just imported (watertight.import_geometry()). Eg. how can I get the volume of the body i am about to mesh? How can i get a list of named selections? How can i get the area of a certain named selection?
Any hint is appreciated

i found this in the documentation of the API (without knowing how objects are defined) to get a list of the bodies that were imported
session = pyfluent.launch_fluent(dimension=pyfluent.Dimension.THREE, precision=pyfluent.Precision.DOUBLE, mode=pyfluent.FluentMode.MESHING, processor_count=4, ui_mode=pyfluent.UIMode.HIDDEN_GUI, cleanup_on_exit=True)

import geometry and then

session.meshing_utilities.get_all_objects()
