Problem with using custom material with python.

Everytime i try to run my .py file with material definition i get sth like this ModuleNotFoundError: no module named 'mapdl' I checked the installation of the ansys if i checked the UPF box and everything is there. After a quick search i found that maybe i have to install a package from .whl file in ansys folder but it is nowhere to be found. Did someone had similar issue and can help ?
