🐞 Description of the bug

The CONTRIBUTORS.md file contains the following entries of people who didn't contribute:
Joshua Moody
khanson

This file is generated and updated by pyansys-automation.
I tried removing those lines, which led to the following PR:
#586

I think the reason is that Keith and I had used khanson and jmoody as GitHub emails at some point.
The automated process creates this file using Git history.

Maybe this can be fixed by replacing the history with the correct usernames, which are anskhanson and ansjmoody respectively.

This was verified by modifying CONTRIBUTORS.md in the repo, which led to the PR being created.
