Auto-trust SSL Certificates

I'm trying to connect to a database with MySQL with SSL enabled, however, it gives an error about a self-signed certificate in the chain, however there's no way to auto trust certificates, at least as far as I could see.

At moment there is no option to trust self-signed certificates.
However i understand that an option to accept self-signed certificates could be handy, so i will implement this option in the next release.

Hi @GalacticSun, it's already implemented.
There is a checkbox on SSL tab called "Untrusted connection" that do the job.

Oh ok, great. Although, I don't seem to see it. I think I'm using the latest version, is it 0.5.8? I'm using the Linux version.

Sorry, you are right! I recently refactored whole codebase and i haven't noticed that the checkbox misses.
You will definitely find it on next release. At moment the checkbox misses only on connection edit, so until next release you can create a new connection with this option.

No problem, happy to help. I seem to be able to use the SSH Tunneling option in the meantime, too. I didn't know I had to put 127.0.0.1 in the connection Hostname/IP if I'm using SSH tunneling, but I found that on a post in here somewhere earlier. Thanks for the quick reply! Keep up the great work.
