Can't connect to the database

I can't connect to the databases created in my server. The databases have permissions for everyone and there are no denials from a firewall. When I try to connect I get the following error:

Error: Cannot proceed, because event scheduler is disabled

In another server installation it has worked without problems, so I deduce that it is some configuration with this server. Can anyone give me a hint to solve this?

You found a bug 😜
It happens because on target DB event schedulers are disabled.
I'm working for a fix.
