macOS 15 Safari renderin issue on url with hash fragment

Describe the bug

I'm not sure if this is a ViteSSG bug or a Safari bug... when I open this link in the latest Safari on MacOS 15, the content first appears and then disappears. When scrolling, everything reappears. I wonder if this might have something to do with hydration kicking in? Or some weird CSS problem? Have you seen this behavior before?
