Add github-actions-workflow as validated language id

Thank you for maintaining this project!

Since .github/workflows/ci.yml files are not identified as yaml files but rather github-actions-workflow, I was wondering if it would be beneficial to add github-actions-workflow as one of the language ids validated by ESLint (in .vscode/settings.json > eslint.validate)?

I can do a PR if you think this is relevant.
