Update package dependencies and enhance compatibility across projects (kaiban-ai#252)

- Updated `package-lock.json` files in multiple projects to include new
dependencies such as `@kaibanjs/workflow`, `@langchain/deepseek`, and
`@langchain/xai`.
- Upgraded versions of existing dependencies, including
`@langchain/core` and `rollup`, to ensure compatibility and access to
the latest features.
- Removed outdated dependencies and cleaned up unnecessary code in the
React playground to streamline the codebase.
- Ensured all projects are aligned with the latest package versions for
improved functionality and performance.
