1.4 release seems to still be 1.3

Hi, thanks for your work on this neat little plugin.

I was trying to grab the 1.4 release that's supposed to fix the issue where resizing stops when the cursor goes out of the preview, but I noticed the release called 1.4 on this repo is still marked as 1.3 in the plugin.cfg file, and doesn't have the fix.
