Currently Austin has the red line lrt, Project Connect has more planned. I am part of a group that is bringing regional rail from georgetown to san antonio. Adding a section for rail transit would add great information to the site!

Absolutely! This is actually on my TODO list and RLSRD has a mention on the Get Involved page.

If you wanted to draft a page on regional rail in general (and including RLSRD) I'd be happy to include it in the Transportation section.

Or if you wanted to write a draft of what's happening with RLSRD specifically and what is upcoming I'd be more than happy to include it; likely in the Current Issues section.

For drafts I'll take them in any format, doesn't need to be on GitHub.
