Can Claude Agent SDK enable subagents to inherit main agent memory?

• How to unregister a tool during execution?

Subagents get the same CLAUDE.md files that the main agent gets, if you have any present and you've specified setting_sources. Otherwise the main agent is also instructed to provide sufficient context to subagents.
