Configurable tool timeout

It seems like there is some timeout set on tool calling, which is not configurable?

Might be wrong but something like https://github.com/anthropics/claude-agent-sdk-typescript/issues/42?utm_source=chatgpt.com would be nice in the python SDK.

I also encountered this, there is a set 180s timeout on tools I think. When I use web fetch it always times out then and have no way of configuring it otherwise.
