Does the Agent SDK currently support Advanced tool use concepts espoused by Anthropic in this paper?

I am referring to things like:

• Deferred Loading for MCP
• Tool Search Tool
• Programmatic Tool Calling

If yes, would be great to get some snippets on how to use this?
