As a “claude max subscriber,” I can only access “https://claude.ai/chats,” but not “https://claude.ai/code/.” I always get the following error message:

2. Wait for the response
3. The response is always: "API Error: 429 {"error":{"code":"1113","message":"Insufficient balance or no resource package. Please recharge."},"request_id":"xxxxxxxxxxxx"}"
4. But opus 4.6 works on /chat site

No, the problem is happening on the website!!! Specifically at: https://claude.ai/code/
I also have NO negative credits!! I have enough credit!!
But I get the same message on my system as well!

Ok, now it works, but only in KiloCode (vscode). Still got no access via claude.ai/code or cli/claude Desktop.
only KiloCode API works!!
