dev setups not working, as db-creation seems to fail

hi, great solution - when trying to run the described dev-server setup, the pubsub setup the db fails to be created, so it fails.
the full-package works, with selfsigned certs, i fail to authenticate with the docker-client and the mgmt client.

looking forward to beeing able to run it completely ;)
