Just came across this bug. The gauge didn't behave as expected when the value exceeded the maximum value.

First of all, sorry about the late response to your issue. I have been a little bit "afk" when it comes to development of GaugeKit in the last six months for several reasons, but I will gladly have a look this very soon, and make sure that it at least can't go round and round like this.

What would be your expectation when a Gauge receives a value beyond it's max value?
