提倡：

工程

• 移除 jest-electron，数据逻辑单侧使用 jest、本地调式及 UI 单侧使用 vite
• 清除不必要的 scripts 命令
• 移除无用、不合理配置文件（vscode、babel、gitlab-ci、travis、browserslistrc、fatcher）
• 清理依赖，移除不必要依赖包
• 构建使用 ts + rollup
• 增加 husky
• 不使用 monorepo ❓

代码风格

• 文件名：全小写加 -
• 全单引号
• 不使用 export default，不混用 export
