[RA2] Probing platform service

Feedback from GSMA ISAG: 
2. Page 73, 3.3 Platform Services: It would be good to add “Probing” as part of platform services including vTap, which is one of challenge moving to Cloud native environment.
3. Page 101, 4.12 Platform service components: It would be good to add “Probing”, same as above.
