[a11y]: Do accessibility assessment and improve a11y overall

I built this site over 2 years ago, that time I had very limited experience and knowledge of a11y. But from past year working and building on a fully a11y component library I've learned a lot about a11y which I could use to improve the experience.

- First obvious feature which is missing is skip-navigation.
