Built local readme stats and pin-project cards locally using only GitHub Actions, no external API.

Not sure if anybody has shared such solution, but there you go.
For the past months i noticed, that the deployement has paused, which led to blank readme stats and pin-project cards.

So i decided to use Github Actions instead, same design, same view, just it won't hold on external API to support their existense.
I'm leaving examples of the commits below:

Pin Project cards

You can see an example of how they look in my profile, applying screenshot as well.

You can use the same themes as before.

Both actions are set to run at 00:00 UTC for ReadMe Stats and 00:10 UTC for pin-cards (Pin cards run 10 minutes later, so there would be no conflict between the actions).
