Emails sent to @anymail.dev during integration tests

I'm developing a new ESP integration for Scaleway Transactional Email.

When running integration tests, I realize it sends emails to various emails @anymail.dev
Is this ok for you to receive these emails as I fine tune my integration tests?

Yes, it's fine to send to test, to, cc, or bcc addresses @anymail.dev (including + extensions like to+1). Those are all sink addresses that silently drop incoming email, set up specifically for integration testing.

I opened the pull request #435 for your review.

I thought at a few checks I should add so expect an updated version today.

I was considering to add validation for some Scaleway limitations/requirements, but I realized that ADDING_ESPS documentation clearly states that "Anymail doesn't enforce allowed attachment types, maximum attachment size, maximum number of recipients, etc."

I will leave the current implementation as it is. Let me know what you think.
