feat: support pcre2

Description

OpenResty 1.27.1.1 was released https://openresty.org/en/ann-1027001001.html

The new version of openresty uses pcre2. When I tried to build it, I found that jsonschema cannot use pcre2 for the time being. api7/jsonschema#89

There may be other libraries that do not support it. I think it will take some work to support pcre2.
