Current Behavior

The upstream health check is working, but it is not displayed in the "APISIX upstream check status"

Expected Behavior

All health checks and their statuses are displayed

Hi @Nayls, the current control API code does not handle health check data from the upstream stream; we can consider whether this capability can be implemented.

We currently need to adjust the control API documentation to inform users about this issue.
