Are there any plans to support groupBy functions？

I've seen some discussions about adding groupBy functions, but I couldn't find the implementation for it. I'd like to know if there are any plans to implement it.

I do plan on eventually adding those functions, but have not currently had the time to do so myself. I'd happily review any contributions of PRs for this!
