Improve case studies section of website

The Beam website's Case Studies section is not very attractive at the moment. I would like to revamp it and borrow some ideas from the Istio website (https://istio.io/latest/about/case-studies.)).

Specific improvements to be made:

• Modify list layout to show more attractive info (ideally a testimonial).
• Modify detail view to show more info. For example, for clients who have presented at Beam Summit or meetups, we could show their video.
• Update/complete content/description of some case studies (some have one or two lines at the most, if we don't have more info, it would be best to just show their logo and link, similar to what Istio does).
• Add a link for people to submit their company to be listed.

Most of the stuff, I already have it running on a forked repo and will submit a PR in the next few days. Just want to create this issue for proper tracking.

No, I don't really have context on this (I just ran the import tool to bring it in from jira 🙃 ). If you're interested in improving the page you are welcome to take the issue by commenting .take-issue

@damccorm I just checked the https://beam.apache.org/case-studies/ and it looks very similar as compared to https://istio.io/latest/about/case-studies/ . I would close this ticket.
