Autorecovery page is out of date

Problem

http://bookkeeper.apache.org/docs/latest/admin/autorecovery/

Autorecovery page is using bookkeeper-server/bin/bookkeeper in the examples. the script has been relocated to bin/bookkeeper. we should update the website.

I guess there might be more places having similar issues. We need to fix all of them.
