Integration git, create a PR with integration yaml result after build

With this option we may close the circle around Camel GitOps. The idea is that, after the build from git repo, the operator creates a PR with something like a base overlay which would refer to the newly created image.

Hello, I'd like to work on this if noone is already working on it (or plan). The --export-gitops-dir points to existing local repo and we chose:

1. remote origin
2. git branch (create/checkout some specific or use the already checked out branch?)
3. git add the base overlay (maybe there should be option to add stage and prod as well?)
4. push
5. create PR with description
   my question is - in addition to the export-gitops-dir arg, we can have defaults (origin, default branch, commit name, PR title, ...) but should that be configurable and do you have preferences how to name these properties (and each property will have own --arg?)

Also, I think it will require some mocking because these tests can't open PR / push, but I'll try to figure that out on my own.

Great, thanks for looking at this one. IMO we should start simple and later iterate with any further enhancements. You can start with a PR on the same branch that was checked out and a static description. As for the unit test, yeah, we probably need some sort of mock or, at the beginning just skipping to test the push itself (at the end of the day, I'd expect this to be covered in the git dependency library). What is important is that we have a consistent workflow that takes care to create an Integration object with the latest image built and that is pushed into the same repo.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll start simple and we can iterate later. Same goes for the tests.
