Compute Offerings

Hi,
How to create custom compute offerings? I tried all settings variants but got an error while the VM started.

@UAnton Could you please provide the details of the compute offering created as there could be many factors that could lead to this issue:

• requested CPU/ RAM may be more that what any of the hosts can offer
• host tags
  many more ..
  It would also be helpful if you could share the entire log.

I found the problem. I set CPU GHz more then my CPU has.
