problem

with two host nodes (A and B), if the VPC's virtual router runs on Node A, only the VMs on Node A will have network connectivity—VMs on Node B will not ，VMs DHCP Unable to get IP address

but when I migrate the virtual router from Node A to Node B, only VMs on Node B gain network connectivity, while those on Node A lose it.

That is unlikely. Can you trace the connectivity, check the KVM host bridges, VLAN interfaces, etc?
