Snapshot Size Not Counted in Primary Storage Quota

problem

The Primary Storage is configured with thin provisioning, but in ACS the created volumes show the same values for Volume Utilization and Physical Size but the actual used size is not showing.

versions

Apache CloudStack: 4.20.0

Primary Storage: Ceph Reef

Hypervisors: KVM (Ubuntu)
