UI: Add MAC Address when Adding Additional NICs #12143

The required feature described as a wish
As a User I would like to be able to add a MAC address when adding a NIC to an already existing Instance via the UI. Currently this is only exposed via API (addNicToVirtualMachine).
You can already do this at Instance creation in the UI, just not when adding new NICs.
