Partial Update on HDD is very slow

Inserting 400 rows costs about 90 seconds

The table is created like this:

create table test(
uid VARCHAR,
tag1 VARCHAR,
tag2 VARCHAR,
tag3 VARCHAR,
tag4 VARCHAR,
tag5 VARCHAR
)
UNIQUE KEY(uid)
DISTRIBUTED BY HASH(uid) BUCKETS 1
PROPERTIES(
"replication_num" = "1", 
"enable_unique_key_merge_on_write" = "true",
"store_row_column" ="true"
)

Any suggestion?

What way of partial column updates are you using?
