You can refer to the official documentation for configuration，Just keep the config under dubbo.metrics empty. Or try this config.

  metrics:
    prometheus:
      exporter:
        enabled: false
      pushgateway:
        enabled: false
    aggregation: 
      enabled: false

but with my practice, when i set the property dubb.metric is null， metrics will be enabled by default in dubbo 3.2.12

and it does not work in dubbo 3.2.12, for below config:

enabled: false

Could you please provided a demo? Such as a project or all the relation configuration of dubbo.
