Steps To Reproduce

1.open maven central repository
2.type fesod
3.clike search

1.write to pox.xml and version 1.3.0
2.reimport maven

Current Behavior

not search result and can't donwload from maven repositroy

Expected Behavior

can search
can download

The Maven GAV for non-Apache version is:

    <groupId>cn.idev.excel</groupId>
    <artifactId>fastexcel</artifactId>
    <version>1.3.0</version>
</dependency>

FYI, the next release version will be the ASF version, and we will change the Maven GAV information.

Yes, please feel free to improve the document. However, we need to wait for the dust to settle on the first ASF version.
