使用flink 1.14.4+cdc 2.2.1访问postgres 9.6报错syntax error，但是将pgsql 版本替换为14同样的代码，同样的Flink镜像是可以正常访问的，请问cdc 2.2.1是不支持postgres 9.6？还是需要降低flink版本呢？
