Does flinkCDC postgres connector support logical decoding from specific LSN or timestamp?

Hello Guys,

Does flinkCDC postgres connector support logical decoding from specific LSN or timestamp?

I can see on offical website only 2 mode for scan.startup.mode:

Optional startup mode for Postgres CDC consumer, valid enumerations are "initial" and "latest-offset".
