You can use sqlserver cdc connector, but you could meet a jdk ssl problem, you can modify jre/lib/security/java.security. Ref to microsoft/mssql-jdbc#1803 (comment)

You can paste your error log. I test sqlserver 2008 is ok.

You need paste full error log, I think your erorr should not be relative with sqlserver cdc. You can refer test case code if you just test local. I use flink sql sqlserver cdc package to connect sqlserver by running flink sql in flink cluster.

I added these dependency,then it show this error.I tried to Ref to microsoft/mssql-jdbc#1803 (comment) but it didn't change

You can ref to UT and update your pom by ref sqlserver cdc pom, you lost some flink env package.

It could be relative with your task didn't restore from checkpoint state.
