Grails actionSubmit tag in Grails 7

Can we continue to use g:actionSubmit tag in our code as we migrate from grails 5.x to Grails 7? while we understand about future deprecation of this tag and the encouragement to use g:formActionSubmit tag do we have to really mass-replace all our existing actionSubmit tags or do we only begin to use the formActionSubmit tag for any future coding in our application? Your response will guide and help us for our grails application.. Thanks
